Joshua and "Princess".

Princess recently died (1995 - 2007) after having a wonderful full life and being very well taken care of by Grama and Pappy. She was a good little girl and will be missed! We know she is with God now though and that is very comforting. We'll see you again pup.

Here is Joshua with his little friend at Nanny and Paps Farm. He loves helping with the chickens and collecting their eggs.

Joshua and his "Paps" / Steve. Steve has been there from day #1 and never missed any part of Joshua's life. Joshua is one lucky boy to have his "Paps". Joshua enjoyed his summer vacation last year picking berries and helping his Paps around the farm. Paps is a wonderful man.

They have honey, hand lotion, jams, and other fabulous products for sale from their website. They are retired government employees and enjoy their free lifestyle of running the farm.

Joshua loves summer vacation at Nanny and Paps! Pappy and Meme ... Joshua's GREAT maternal Grandparents. They lived in Pittsburgh their entire lives, but then moved to West Virginia after Joshua was born to spend the rest of their days in the country. They have adjusted well to the change of pace and different way of living. They currently live less than 1 mile from Mom and Steve.

They have always been such good grand parents to us. We used to have so much fun at their house on summer vacation. We spent time with them, and with Aunt Carol and Uncle Bruce and oh what awesome memories we have! Our days were jam packed with fun activities. Aunt Carol and Uncle Bruce took us to the amusement park, camping, and to the water park. They all made it so special for us. :) Mark and his wife Zlatka Here is my big brother, Mark & I

Mark travels the world for work ... so he is a bit tired in the photo above. However, he usually LOVES having his photo taken. (yea right). Ha ha. He's been a great big brother though. He was the type to announce to the school bus before we moved one step back ... "This is my little sister and if you mess with HER, you mess with ME". I am very proud of him. He is married to Zlatka, who he met in Germany while there for work.

Joshua also has his Uncle "D" who lives in Charlotte. Uncle D is married to Rachel. They have been married since October 2004. We see them several times a year. A visit with D and Rachie at our home on 5-4-2007. We had Dakoda for only 2 days when they came to meet him. He wasn't too shy, and really seemed to take to David right away. We had a good time together. Dakoda is a bit "afraid" of new people at first ... this was his first time meeting Rachel / he did seem to be comfortable around Uncle David though. Here is Joshua with Great Aunt Carol / Summer 2004 ...they came to see our new place and spent a few days with us. Growing up, we were always close to them, and enjoyed our summer vacations and holidays together.

Here is Aunt Carol playing with Joshua up on his beach. Wow, I can't believe how little Joshua looked 3 years ago! What a cutie he was, and still is today. We are so blessed! :)
