We travelled to West Virginia for Easter this year. We drove 8 hours to get there, straight thru this time and the kids were great in the car! Thank God for that. :) We had a nice time visiting with Mom, Steve, Pappy, Meme, Uncle Deeee, Aunt Carol, Uncle Bruce & Uncle John. The kids loved seeing the farm animals, especially the new baby lambs.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANNY (April 1) ... WE LOVE YOU!!!The new fitness center was fun! We all went swimming on Saturday before one of our family "feasts". My Mom does such an awesome job planning for our visits ... so much food / fun! Thanks Mom!!!
The kids hunted for Easter Eggs at Mom and Steve's as well as at Pappy and Meme's house. They had a blast. Also, the found their Easter baskets and dug right into them immediately.
We celebrated Joshua's and Nanny's Birthdays too while we were there since they are next week. Hey ... any reason to have cake works for us!

We flew kites, and played games and really had a nice weekend spending time together. Dakoda said that Uncle Dee is his "best friend" now, and asked to "go back to the farm" as soon as we got home.
DAKODA ... "Ready for action" at the farm. Silly boy! He wanted to go outside in his bedtime clothes. He is so cute!!!
