Basketball ~

Joshua started playing basketball this fall. He has practice every Monday night and games on Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. *** Jan 21st *** Tonight at the game Joshua scored his first point! He also got several rebounds, but without his point his team would have lost this game. It was very exciting ... the game ended 34 (his team) to 32 (the Visiting team). Whoo Hoo ... way to go Joshua!!!! He had his first game this past weekend. He did really well and seemed to enjoy playing on the team. Dakoda yelled out from the bleachers "Joshua, you are my best buddy" and Joshua looked at him and smiled. It was hard for him to sit still for the duration of the game, but he managed to do it.

This week, Dennis was called to fill in for one of the coaches who was out. He had a great time! Both the "boys" did! :) Joshua wears the #5 jersey.

Wow! The game looks intense - all the guys have their eyes on the ball. Josh, #5 has good form. We're pullin' for your team!

Yep, they sure are serious games ... and it's all new to Joshua but he is doing very well. We are proud of him. Thanks for your encouragement.
