May 21, 2007: We are anxiousely awaiting a trip we have planned to go to West Virginia to visit with Nanny, Paps, Meme and Pappy this coming weekend. We have invited Grama and Grampa to come from Illinois to meet Dakoda for the 1st time. We hope they will come!
The boys have been asking to see them and LOVE talking to them on the phone. It will be Dakoda's first time going to the farm. The boys are very blessed to have such wonderful Grandparents and GREAT Grandparents as well ... not to mention I couldn't ask for better parents. I am lucky! After Joshua's last day of 1st grade (I can't believe it is over already), we look forward to our vacation. It will be an 8 + hour car ride and we can only pray that Joshua doesn't get sick this time as he has motion sickness when we travel. Driving is MUCH better for him than flying though. Anyway ... our trip will be fun! It is always great to see my Mom and Steve, Grama and Pap. : )

Later this summer, the boys will get to have "their own" vacation as Mom and Steve have graciously agreed to watch the boys while Dennis and I go on a romantic get away. Summer vacation at Nanny and Paps will be so much fun for Joshua and Dakoda! They are already talking about how they are going to play a game to see who can catch the most chickens. So cute!
