Bubble Boys ~

Dakoda got his wish today when he came home from pre-school to find ... a bubble machine! He has been asking for one for quite a while now, and we told him if he was "good at school" he would eventually earn one - well, he was very good ... and he earned one. The drop off hasn't been easy in the mornings, as he is often reluctant to part ways with us ... but he told us that he would be a "big boy" and just go in to his classroom without crying anymore. He said he could, and he did! Way to go Dakoda! We are so proud of you.

We understand his anxiety of not being sure we will pick him up after school, but after all of these months he is starting to trust what we tell him. It's a happy time, and a huge accomplishment for our little guy. Joshua reasssured him that he too had to go to preschool two days a week too when he was his age, and that we always came back to get him too. :)
